Thanks for checking out my page, I’d like to explain in as simple terms as I can why my system is the absolute #1 out there. Being totally healthy is not just about having muscles or a six-pack. They are a part of total health, and you will attain these, but there is much, much more involved than these alone, which most programs focus on.
![]() Before and After My system is not another fad diet, or a dvd with a new aerobic twist that you can’t and won’t stick to. It is based on science and tailored by experience. Being healthy has to be a “lifestyle” that you live, so that you stay healthy as long as you live. That’s the point isn’t it? Unlike most of the irrelevant courses we took in school and never used afterwards like trigonometry, you can’t study for this one, pass the test, and then forget about it. Consider this a manual for life that will be updated periodically by science. It is not a two-week, twenty-one-day, or a two-month program. If you don’t make it a lifestyle, then about 95 % of you will put back the lost weight and lose any health benefits gained within a few years or less. Here is something else you may not want to hear. Once you stop healthy eating and exercise habits, you lose all the positive results that you received from practicing them. The program works only as long as you continue to use it. Its mission is teaching the “secret” of staying youthful, fit, and disease free, finding happiness within; and motivating people to take action “today” to start their own journey into “total health” of the mind and body—then, most importantly, giving back by passing it on to others. 1. What we actually do and what we can do are two different things. What we actually do is usually far less than what we can do. For reasons I’ll show you, we choose not to live up to our potential. The only difference between people who are very good at what they do, and you, is that they have mastered the mind-body connection. If you make no decisions and have no goals, then you will wander aimlessly through life and you’ll take whatever life throws at you. 2. I recently watched one of the many home mini-gym infomercials—a very well-known, well-marketed one—that claims you’ll reach your fitness goals in six weeks or less. What hogwash! All they’re doing is tapping into your sense of hope for a quick fix! Ask any personal trainer about that claim and he’ll tell you the same thing. If it’s so easy to achieve total fitness in such a short amount of time, everyone would be fit. See if any controlled scientific evidence exists supporting the claims of the product or machine. If you follow the total health program I lay out for you, you’ll notice positive results and start to see your body change within six to eight weeks. It’ll take a bit longer to achieve optimum health. It truly would be a miracle if you could reverse years of unhealthy living in just a few weeks. I hope you are starting to grasp the difference between fact and fiction. Total fitness is a gradual process, which takes place over time.

This book allows me to reach everyone who wants to change his or her life and needs help doing it. It is my life’s project. It’s my chance to dive into the health/fitness industry, to motivate people and give them the knowledge to change their lives for the better. In giving I get a huge feeling of purpose and meaning in my life. I believe that everyone should try to leave a mark in the world and make it a bit better than before he/she came along. My satisfaction is when I am stopped in the gym or out in public by someone who recognizes me and stops me to tell me I am an inspiration (because I am an old man!) or asks me about the several facets of becoming healthy, i.e. nutrition, diet, anaerobic and aerobic exercise, mind-body connection, supplementation, etc. I know I’m going to sound a bit “Anthony Robbins” but (the dude is right!), since I used my mind-body connection to change my unhealthy body and lifestyle, my whole world has changed along with it. It’s all about programming your mind for success. My confidence and self-esteem have risen dramatically. It has given me piece of mind and an inner security. I have learned that not only can I change my body and my health, but that I can achieve anything I set out to do in my life if I believe in myself and my abilities. If you don’t believe in yourself no one else will either. Stay positive and take small steps every day to achieve your objectives, whatever they may be, ie. health, relationships, financial goals, self improvement, etc. Nothing worthwhile happens overnight. It is an ongoing process, which you need to convert into a lifestyle. My drastic physical change took several years (yours may take far less) and it was worth every second of the hard work. You’ve got one life people. No matter how well you are doing financially, it’s hard to enjoy life when you are sick and in bad health. Give yourself the gift of good health and see how much you will enjoy your new and improved life! You’ll discover a whole new person inside you on this journey and receive a whole new lease on life. The tangible benefits of physical health will be readily apparent. The psychological benefits of self-confidence, improved self-esteem, and a positive outlook on life will change the essence of your being. Every phase and aspect of your life will be better. You’ve got two choices—ignoring your health and becoming a statistic or virtually eliminating the probability of heart disease and cutting the odds of getting cancer in half so you can live a long healthy life.
